Tim Hoerr

Tim Hoerr is founder and president of LifeVision, Inc., a management consulting, training and professional speaking firm. Tim also serves as president of SourceGear Corporation a software development firm. Since 1983 he has assisted over 800 organizations to achieve high performance by providing strategic, operational and leadership consulting. Tim formerly served as consulting partner with RSM McGladrey in Illinois and San Diego.
